Slovakian traditional recipe

Ingredients

* 250g chicken breast into small pieces
* 500g pork into small pieces
* 2 medium onions chopped
* 1 tablespoon oil
* 10 large mushrooms, chopped
* 1 green pepper
* 4 medium tomatoes
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
* 1 tablespoon of chilli sauce
* Salt and water q.b.

Method of preparation

1. Coarsely chop the peppers and tomatoes into small pieces.
2. Heat the oil in a large pan, add onions, stir, add the paprika and stir quickly to mix well with onions.
3. Add the pork continue to stir until evenly colored and fry a little.
4. Pour ½ gallon of water and cover to cook the meat for half an hour or until tender.
5. Add the chicken meat and stir until all of the same color.
6. Add water (about ½ liter), salt, cover and leave to simmer gently.
7. Season with pepper and chilli sauce, and simmer, covered, always in heat.
8. Add mushrooms, bell pepper and chunks of tomatoes and stir and mix well.

Recap to cook everything for about 10 minutes or until the mushrooms, tomatoes and peppers become well cooked. See also Slovakia Business
